Welcome to the City Center Chapter of IAAP

The International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) is a not-for-profit professional association for office professionals with approximately 22,000 members and affiliates and over 500 chapters worldwide. Its mission is to enhance the success of career-minded administrative professionals by providing opportunities for growth through education, community building and leadership development.

The City Center Chapter is part of the Florida Division of IAAP which is comprised of 25 chapters and over 700 members located in Florida and the Bahamas. More information about City Center Chapter can be found under the About Us tab above.

As an IAAP member, you have the opportunity to network with other professionals, certify professionalism through the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) rating, increase your professional and personal knowledge level through informative speakers, learn communication and leadership skills to increase professionalism and take pride in affiliating with a professional group.
