In October, City Center Chapter presents this prestigious award to a boss, supervisor, or executive who has been nominated by their administrative professional. The award is based on the following criteria: business and/or teaching experience, achievements and awards, membership in associations, civic and charitable work, education, their interest and personal involvement with, and support of City Center Chapter, and their administrative professional’s recommendation. When the winner is selected, his or her administrative professional is notified. To add to the suspense, the rules require that confidentiality be maintained on all levels so the executive does not know they have won the award until it is presented to them at the chapter’s Boss’s Day Event.
