The Nominations Committee is composed of the following: The Past President’s Advisory Council which shall serve as Chair; one elected representative of the Board of Directors and three (3) members elected by membership at the July meeting each year. In January of each year, this committee, through adequate means such as straw ballot, shall solicit the views of the membership for the purpose of selecting nominees for the slate of officers for the coming year. This Committee shall carry out the duties prescribed in Article V, Section 3, Paragraph B of the Bylaws & Standing Rules and will report in writing directly to membership by March 1.
